Privacy for Jotivo on iPhone.

This policy applies to Jotivo for iPhone, the Jotivo API used by the app, and iPhone-related support requests. Jotivo is a Cuenovo product.

Jotivo stores app-created tasks, lists, reminder choices, settings, language, theme, notification preferences, AI-consent choice, connected-service preferences and retained source images in local app storage. You can delete tasks and source images inside the app. Removing the app clears ordinary local app data, subject to iOS behavior for system-managed data such as Keychain items.

Local notifications are scheduled through iOS when you turn on a reminder. Jotivo does not need to upload the task merely to display a local notification.

Jotivo can process a screenshot, photo, PDF, text, link or voice recording that you select in order to suggest editable tasks, dates, notes and reminders. Before the first request, the app asks whether you allow AI processing. Choosing “Not Now” stops that recognition request. You can change this choice from Settings > Privacy & Data.

The selected content is sent over an encrypted connection to the Jotivo API. The API may use Cloudflare to operate the service and OpenRouter to route the request to one selected model provider, such as Google or OpenAI, depending on the configured model. Jotivo does not intentionally retain the raw recognition input on its application server after recognition completes. Infrastructure and model providers may process transient logs, security metadata or request data according to their own policies and the service configuration.

Jotivo Pro purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Jotivo receives transaction and entitlement information needed to confirm whether Pro is active, the applicable billing period and the monthly recognition allowance. Jotivo does not receive your full payment-card details.

An installation identifier and entitlement record may be used to restore access and prevent duplicate allowance grants. Active purchases are revalidated with Apple. Subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple under its applicable terms.

If you choose a destination such as Apple Reminders, Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do or TickTick, Jotivo sends the task or event fields needed to create or update the item in that service. The provider then handles those fields under its own privacy policy.

Connections are optional. Disconnecting a provider stops new Jotivo writes but does not automatically remove items you already asked Jotivo to create there.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device model, iOS version, screenshots or problem description. We use it to respond, investigate reliability and protect the service.

We may retain limited records when reasonably needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Relevant providers may include Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Google, OpenAI, Apple and a task or calendar service you connect. A provider receives information only when it is involved in the feature you choose to use.
