Agreement and Apple license
By downloading or using Jotivo for iPhone, you agree to these product terms, the applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is presented in the App Store.
Your right to use the app is a limited, non-transferable license on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules and applicable law.
What Jotivo provides
Jotivo helps turn content you choose into editable task and reminder suggestions. Recognition results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing titles, dates, reminders, notes and destinations before relying on or sending them.
Jotivo is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical service. Do not rely on it where a missed or incorrect task could cause serious harm.
Jotivo Pro subscriptions
Jotivo Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. The price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial are displayed by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple within the time stated in the App Store terms.
Restoring purchases requires the Apple account associated with the transaction. Refund decisions are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Jotivo, interfere with its services, bypass usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to overload the service, or use the product to violate law or the rights of others. You must have the right to process content you submit.
AI and connected services
Jotivo may depend on AI, cloud, Apple and optional task-service providers. Their availability and terms can change. A connection to Apple Reminders, Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, TickTick or another provider does not make that provider responsible for Jotivo.
Items sent to a third-party service are also governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to improve reliability, comply with law, address security risks or reflect provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that recognition will always produce a task.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Jotivo at any time and cancel an active subscription through Apple. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal requirements.
