Agreement and scope
These terms apply when you install or use the Jotivo browser extension, its related APIs, optional Browser Pro account and browser subscription features. By using the extension, you agree to these terms and the rules of the browser store from which you obtained it.
Jotivo processes page or email content only after you choose a capture action. You are responsible for reviewing extracted actions before sending or relying on them.
Capture and recognition service
Jotivo can turn selected page content, emails, images or screen areas into editable action suggestions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Jotivo is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical service.
You must have the right to capture and process the content you submit, including workplace, customer or confidential content.
Browser Pro subscriptions
Browser Pro is optional. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and presents the final price, tax, billing period and renewal terms at checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled using the management method provided for your purchase.
A one-time email confirmation may be required to purchase, restore or connect Browser Pro. Your subscription and current usage belong to the confirmed account, not merely to one extension installation.
Connected services
When you connect Todoist, TickTick, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do or a supported calendar, you authorize Jotivo to use the access needed to show destinations and complete actions you request. Provider terms also apply.
You are responsible for the final task or event content. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete previously created items.
Acceptable use and limits
You may not bypass quotas, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components, abuse connected-provider APIs, submit unlawful content, or use automation that unreasonably burdens Jotivo.
Usage allowances may be enforced to protect reliability. Unused monthly recognition allowances do not roll over unless the purchase terms explicitly say otherwise.
Availability, cancellation and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features for reliability, security, legal or provider-related reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may stop using the extension at any time and cancel Browser Pro using the purchase-management flow.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
